Reliable equipment means reliable business.
King Enterprises is a family owned commercial fencing company located in Mills, Wyoming. Malik Hegge, along with his wife April, have been operating King Enterprises for 17 years. They consider a key element to running a successful company is to have reliable equipment. King Enterprise currently owns a CAT 279, 289, and 299 tracked skid steer for their fencing company. Malik relies on this equipment to get the job done efficiently. “The equipment that we expect to work all day every day is our Cat equipment. We have other pieces that we don’t use as often because it’s not as reliable.” Over the years Malik has tried other brands of equipment but the experience just wasn’t the same. “We have used other brands, but they weren’t as reliable, and we had a number of electrical issues with them.”
Aside from owning equipment that he can depend on, Malik also knows that he has a partner in working with Wyoming Machinery Company. “I can trust my salesman and I don’t want to work with anyone else, he is honest and he understands me and my company.” From the initial sale through the life of his machine, Malik knows Wyoming Machinery Company will be there for him. “The service department at Wyoming Machinery Company is second to none, they know that I can’t have down time and will get me what I need to get the job done.”
Uptime is of the utmost importance to Malik and the success of his company, therefore equipment failure is not an option. Wyoming Machinery Company’s 24 hour parts availability is a great asset for Malik to help him keep his jobs on schedule. “The parts guys are great, I can call them with just a serial number of a part, or explain the part and they can find it every time for me. I’ve had jobs away from town and Wyoming Machinery Company will put the part in a drop box for me usually within 24 hours.”
For Malik, owning Cat equipment is a family tradition; his grandfather owned and used Cat equipment as well. Partnering with Wyoming Machinery Company has allowed him to continue this tradition, and he has no plans of stopping. “My family and I are Cat and Wyoming Machinery Company fans, they do a good job from the top down and we won’t work with anyone else.”
